Your Pet’s Health
Each guest is special and important to Fondren 5 Star Pet Resort and our first consideration is the health and well-being of your pet. Our goal is to have healthy and happy pets from their arrival through the end of their stay.
If at any time during your pet’s reservation or appointment there is apparent illness or need of medical attention, we will contact you to discuss and decide the course of action to be taken.
Current Vaccinations Required
For the protection of each guest, Fondren 5 Star Pet Resort requires copies from your Veterinarian that the following vaccinations are current prior to arrival for any pet services.
- Canine Distemper (DHP or DHLP)
- Parvo Virus
- Canine Influenza Virus H3N8
- Canine Influenza Virus H3N2
- Bordetella (within the last 6 months)
- Feline Distemper (FVRCP)
Sharing your trust by referrals is a compliment that deserves a gift. The reward for your referral is your choice of one of three lodging or service items (One day of lodging…or one premium bath … or one day of Day Care). Your new referral must give us your name and must complete a reservation or booking. After the pet has checked out we will contact you to select your referral reward.
Cancellations or changes to reservations may be made up to 48 hours of arrival without penalty. A $50 Cancellation Fee will be charged to the credit card holding the reservation for failure to cancel canine lodging within the designated time period. Failure to cancel feline lodging, pet grooming, training appointments, or a Day Care reservation is a $25 fee.
Check in is any time during our normal business hours. Lodging considerations such as this offer a more relaxed process by removing the “out before” and “in after” noon requirements. You know your schedule best so by asking for your estimated drop off and pick up times at the time the reservation is made, we can still plan ahead yet accommodate your time as well.
Express Check In
You may request an Express Check-In when you contact us for a reservation. We will take the time needed to collect all the details for your pet’s stay and designate your request on your lodging contract. An express check-in will save you time and still care for your pet.
Families with multiple same species or mixed species (cat and dog) households desiring their friendly and totally compatible pets to room together should ask the Reservation Specialist for this exceptional lodging consideration. Room sharing is recommended when pets will be happier and more relaxed together than apart.
