Meeting the Challenge

November and December are months packed  full of activity.  Everyone begins to prepare for the guests, the meals and the gifts reserved for the upcoming holiday season.

We know your pets will benefit from lots of activity and interaction and as a pet parent you have peace of mind knowing your pet will be physically and socially stimulated  as well as safe and well fed during their stay at Fondren 5 Star Pet Resort.

Sadly, due to the overpopulation of homeless pets, not all dogs or cats will enjoy such good fortune.

Each and every day of the year humane pet organizations with scores of volunteers work hard to feed, shelter and rescue the Houston area’s homeless pets. The Houston Humane Society alone processed over 50,000 animals last year and feeding them, a basic necessity, required a whole lot of  food.

Fondren 5 Star Pet Resort welcomes opportunities to give back to the community.  We can help feed  the homeless pets in need this years and we are inviting you to join us.

Our challenge is to gather a thousand pounds of pet food before the end of the year to donate to a local rescue organization.  For everyone helping us reach our 1000 pounds of pet food goal by donating a new,  unopened sack of pet food, Fondren 5 Star Pet Resort will take 20% off any retail purchase (one purchase per  donation on all retail items except Precise diets and Advantix products from November 10th through December 31st, 2014).
