Today was your dog’s first day in Day Care!

Today your pet enjoyed meeting and playing with new friends.  We mix sessions of vigorous games and outdoor activities alternately with indoor air-conditioned areas for restful activities.

Our groups are small and well monitored.  Water is always available and noon time is a rest/nap time for all dogs in Day Care (if you brought treats, we feed them only at that time.)

You may notice your pet drinking more water when they come home from play and they may also be really tired.  A tired dog is a good dog!

Neutered or Spayed dogs current on all required vaccinations, who are friendly and enjoy being around other dogs do well in Day Care.  Puppies that have proof of current vaccinations are also welcome.  All dogs will be temperament tested for the safety of the group.

 RESERVATIONS

Reserve your sessions in advance.  Space is available on first come, first serve basis.  If you have a standing reservation you will be charged for missed days.  We will continue to book , hold and charge for pre-paid pass days unless notified otherwise by owner of record.

 DAY CARE HOURS    

Full Day – Day Care: 8am to 5pm  MONDAY – FRIDAY—CLOSED HOLIDAYS.

1/2 Day Day Care – 8am to Noon or 1pm to 5pm  – M- F—CLOSED HOLIDAYS.

SATURDAY 1/2 day Day Care – 10am to 2pm except Theme Party Days which are10am to 4pm and are Full Day charge + Party fee.

Check  in for each scheduled session at the front office.  Payment is expected at the end of each session unless using a pre-paid pass.  (Pre-qualified Lodging dogs can select DAYCARE PLUS to join the Daycare Pack @ $18.95 for half day or $24.95 for a full day).

 EARLY / LATE HOURS and AFTER HOURS CHARGES

Need an early arrival?  We can accept dogs as early as 6:30am by special arrangement only.  Dogs in the Half Day session must be picked up by 1:00pm for morning and by 6pm for afternoon to avoid a $10 late pick up charge.

 CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations for scheduled day care sessions must be received within 24 hours of the visit.  Please notify the office  before 10:00am the day before if your dog will not be attending.  For Monday sessions, this means by 10:00am. Friday.  You will be charged for day care reservations that are not cancelled the day before.

 DAY CARE FEE AND PRE-PAY PASSES

A full day of Day Care is $27.00.  Half Days are $18.95. The 10 day pass is $250 and expires after two months; the 20day pass is $460 and is good  for  four months.  These pre-paid passes are non-refundable and apply only to full day Day Care. If you use Day Care on a regular basis, your savings increase with each level of purchase.

 COLLARS / LEASHES

Your dog must be leashed at arrival and departure, however for the safety of your pet at play, collars will not be worn during  the Day Care Session.  We do recommend micro-chipping (for details, please see your Vet clinic).

SICKNESS /ACCIDENTS / VET VISITS

We reserve the right to refuse dogs who are ill.  If your dog becomes ill after arrival, we will quarantine your pet and make him as comfortable as possible. If necessary for an ilness or accident, we will call you for a pick up or arrange to meet you at your vet’s office.

FOOD / MEDICATIONS

We will feed and medicate at no additional charge.
